REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

3. EXCHANGE POLICY

To qualify for an exchange:
Requests must be made within seven (7) days of delivery
Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
Items must be in original condition with all tags attached
Original packaging must be included
Proof of purchase is required
Exchanges are limited to the same item (for size replacement only) or an item of equal value, depending on availability.

You must provide clear photos showing the issue. The item must remain unused and in original condition.

An exchange if replacement inventory is unavailable

6. RETURN PROCESS
To request an exchange, contact us using the information below with your full name, order number, and details of the issue. Photos are required for damaged or defective claims.
Do not return any items without written approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Approved returns must be shipped to the address listed below.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
7. INSPECTION & PROCESSING
Once your return is received, it will be inspected within three (3) to five (5) business days. You will be notified of approval or denial.
If approved, your exchange will be processed and shipped. Processing times may vary depending on inventory and demand.
